We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If your children are included on the guest list, we warmly welcome them to join us. Your presence will make our day truly special.

While we haven't set up a traditional gift registry, if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon, we'd be incredibly grateful. A wishing well will be available at the reception for any gifts or well wishes you'd like to share. Your generosity is greatly appreciated as we embark on this new chapter together. Although, from the bottom of our hearts, your effort to take the time to travel and join us on our special day means a lot to us both. Thank you for your love and support!

We kindly request semi-formal attire for our wedding, as we aim to create an elegant and celebratory atmosphere. This is an opportunity for everyone to put on your best frock. We can't wait to share this memorable day surrounded by our loved ones, looking fabulous and making cherished memories together.

The Ceremony and Reception are both located in The Vintage. The ceremony will be held in the Carriage House (The Chapel) and the Reception in the Barrington Room which is a short 1 minute walk. The Chateau Elan, The Vintage Holiday House and The Grand Mercure Apartments are all situated within the Hunter Valley Golf Course - The Vintage.

Guests are kindly requested to arrive at 3 PM. The ceremony will commence promptly, and we ask guests to be seated in the chapel upon arrival to await the bride's entrance. Restrooms are conveniently located within the chapel for your comfort.
